The role of knowledge management in achieving sustainable development at Zawia University

Abstract

The study aimed to identify knowledge management in its dimensions, the technological dimension, the organizational dimension, and the social dimension, and its role in achieving sustainable development at zawia university in the economic field, the human field, and the interface field, from the point of the faculty members in it. The study relied on a questionnaire form as a means of collecting data, and froming a community. The study was carried out by faculty members at zawia university, and after analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, the study concluded that there is a class in the level.

The interdisciplinary field, and that the technol0gical field came in at a moderate degree
