الملخص

The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational power (legitimate power, reward power, experience power, coercive power) on organizational commitment in the Libyan Airlines Company. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a stratified random sample consisting of (130) male and female employees. The number of (120) questionnaires was used, and the descriptive approach and statistical analysis were used through the statistical package program (SpSS). After conducting the necessary statistical analysis, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:

There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level of 0.05 for the dimensions of organizational power (legitimate power, reward power, experience power, coercive power) on organizational commitment in the Libyan Airlines Company. Also, there is a statistically significant impact at the significance level of 0.05 that indicates the presence of an acceptable level of commitment. Organizational organization for employees of the Libyan Airlines Company.
