Abstract
دراسة ذاتية لمعايير الاعتماد المؤسسي باستخدام تكنولوجيا التحول الرقمي لكلية التربية البدنية جامعة الزيتونة في ضوء استراتيجية تطوير التعليم العالي في ليبيا
الملخص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على نسبة الأداء الخاصة بمعايير الاعتماد المؤسسي باستخدام تكنولوجيا التحول الرقمي لكلية التربية البدنية جامعة الزيتونة في ضوء استراتيجية تطوير التعليم العالي في ليبيا (دراسة ذاتية)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لتحقيق هدف البحث، ويمثل مجتمع البحث جامعة الزيتونة وعينة البحث كلية التربية البدنية بجامعة الزيتونة في ليبيا خلال العام الجامعي 2020/2021م، وكان من أهم أدوات جمع البيانات نموذج نسبة الأداء الخاصة بمعايير الاعتماد المؤسسي، وكان من أهم النتائج ما يلي:
بلغ معدل الأداء لمعايير الاعتماد المؤسسي بكلية التربية البدنية جامعة الزيتونة 46.53 %.
هناك جوانب قصور في بعض المؤشرات بمعايير الجودة اللازمة للاعتماد المؤسسي بكلية التربية البدنية جامعة الزيتونة حيث أنها بلغت نسبة أقل من 70 %.

وكان من أهم التوصيات ما يلي:
تعزيز نقاط القوة وعلاج جوانب القصور في بعض المؤشرات بمعايير الجودة اللازمة للاعتماد المؤسسي بكلية التربية البدنية جامعة الزيتونة.
عمل ملفات تحتوى على الشواهد والأدلة الخاصة بمؤشرات معايير الجودة اللازمة للاعتماد المؤسسي بكلية التربية البدنية جامعة الزيتونة.
إجراء أبحاث مشابهة لتحقيق معايير الجودة اللازمة للاعتماد المؤسسي بالمؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة.

This research aims to identify the performance rate of institutional accreditation standards using digital transformation technology for the Faculty of Physical Education, AZZaytUna University in light of the strategy for developing higher education in Libya (self-study). The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit it to achieve the goal of the research, and the research community represents AZZaytUna University and the research sample. The College of Physical Education at AZZaytUna University in Libya during the academic year 2020/2021 AD. One of the most important data collection tools was the performance percentage model for institutional accreditation standards, and among the most important results were the following:
The performance rate for institutional accreditation standards at the Faculty of Physical Education, AZZaytUna University, was 46.53%.
There are deficiencies in some indicators of the quality standards necessary for institutional accreditation at the Faculty of Physical Education, AZZaytUna University, as they reached a percentage of less than 70%.
Among the most important recommendations were the following:
Strengthening the strengths and addressing the shortcomings in some indicators with the quality standards necessary for institutional accreditation at the Faculty of Physical Education, AZZaytUna University.
