About the Journal

University of Zawia  Journal for Sports and Educational Sciences (UZJWSES). A peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by University of Zawia , dedicated to publishing research and studies in the fields of sports and educational sciences. The journal was established in 2003 under the name Journal of Sports and Educational Sciences, and its name was changed in 2022 to University of Zawia Journal of the World of Sports and Educational Sciences, in accordance with the following specializations: Health Sciences and Motor Rehabilitation, Sports Training, Teaching Methods, and related sciences. The journal aims to support scientific research and promote knowledge exchange among researchers and academics both locally and internationally. The journal publishes original research in both Arabic and English.

The journal operates under an ongoing (continuous) publishing model, whereby accepted articles are published online immediately after completing the peer-review, editorial, and production processes. Articles are organized into two issues per volume, corresponding to the periods January–June and July–December, ensuring timely dissemination of research while maintaining a structured issue-based volume system.

UZJWSES is currently published under the supervision of the Scientific Research and Consultancy Center at the University of Zawia and operates through an advanced Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. The journal is committed to maintaining rigorous academic and ethical standards through a double-blind peer-review process.
