Abstract

Whoever traces the emergence and development of human rights will find them of interest to intellectuals, politicians, sociologists, philosophers, and religious jurists. At the same time, they are of interest to states, and every state is keen on human rights and advocating for them. Human rights mean respect for man’s humanity and humanity. Previous declarations of human rights were concerned with the degree The first is political rights, but after the emergence of the state, its functions for social affairs were divided. Modern documents began to appear that are concerned with human rights from a social and economic perspective, which is what will be addressed in this research by talking about basic freedoms and human rights in Islam, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and human rights in The shadow of globalization.
