Abstract

Although the coastal environment of Azzawia area has a lot of natural, financial, human and civilized ingredients which support the process of sustainable tourism development, but it faced many problems and environmental threats. Since last decades, this coast bar become fragile and emptied in many places under the influence of double role of nature and man. There are many gaps in it, especially in the vicinity of industrial facilities, such as (refinery, power station and port location). However, the causes of human practices are considered one of the biggest threats which face the coastal environment and landscapes in the area of the study. The coast bar is the favorite place for entertainment and recreation for the city’s residents. But, it suffers from many environmental problems such as, water pollution by sewage waste, also the power station and what does it cause. In addition,scrap car complex in ( Alharsha). Also, Azzawia Refinery for Oil Liberation and household waste and garbage. The place of garbage was not thoughtful and planned correctly, it is gathered in the places of stone clips. So, today the national development model had become unable to response to the urgent demands and the increasing needs of citizens for places and rest
