It was established in 2003 under the name Journal of Sports and Educational Sciences, and its name was changed in 2022 to University of Zawia Journal for Sports and Educational Sciences, in accordance with the following specializations: Health Sciences and Motor Rehabilitation, Sports Training, Teaching Methods, and related sciences. The journal aims to support scientific research and promote knowledge exchange among researchers and academics both locally and internationally.
