The research aims to identify the role of the school in promoting the culture of volunteering from the point of view of secondary school teachers at Al-Toubiya Secondary School in its scientific and literary sections, who number (230) male and female teachers. The social survey method was followed for this study, and the exploratory study consisted of (30) male and female teachers in order to standardize the research tool of Through honesty and consistency in appropriate ways.
The results of the research confirmed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the role of the school in promoting the culture of volunteering from the point of view of secondary school teachers at Al-Toubiya Secondary School, due to the variable years of experience and in favor of the sample members whose years of experience are (less than 10 years).
