2- Policy Review: The editorial board reserves the right to periodically review and update the editorial policy to ensure it is in line with best practices in the field of scientific publishing.

The journal adopts a fully open access policy, allowing all researchers and those interested in the humanities and social sciences free access to published research, without financial or administrative barriers. This promotes the principles of sharing and disseminating scientific knowledge on a broad scale.
• Peer Review Policy:
The journal adopts a rigorous and objective peer review system to ensure the quality and originality of published research. It aims to clarify the practical procedures for peer review through the following:
1- Review Type: The journal adopts the double-blind peer review system. In this system, the reviewers do not know the identities of the researchers, and the researchers do not know the identities of the reviewers. This procedure aims to ensure that research is evaluated solely based on its scientific content and quality, without any bias. 2- Selection of Reviewers: The journal's editorial board selects referees who are experts in the field of the submitted research and possess the necessary experience and competence to evaluate various aspects of the research (methodology, originality, scientific significance, and linguistic clarity).
3- Review Process: After the research has passed the initial review stage by the editorial board, it is sent to two or three referees for evaluation. The referees are provided with a standardized evaluation form that includes specific criteria for evaluating the research, such as originality and scientific contribution, scientific importance and quality, soundness of the methodology used, clarity of presentation and organization, accuracy of documentation and references, and emphasis on and adherence to the journal's areas of interest.
The referees submit detailed reports that include a comprehensive evaluation of the research, its strengths and weaknesses, as well as a clear recommendation (acceptance, acceptance with minor modifications, acceptance with substantial modifications, rejection).
4- Decision-Making: The journal's editorial board makes its final decision regarding the research based on the referees' reports. The researcher(s) is notified of the editorial board's decision via email, along with the referees' reports (if modifications are requested).
If the editorial board decides to accept the research with modifications, Researchers must make the required amendments accurately and submit a revised version of the research within the specified deadline.
The revised version may be subject to further review by the referees or the editorial board to ensure that the required amendments are met.
Overall, this peer review policy aims to ensure the publication of high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in the humanities and reflects the journal's commitment to academic publishing standards.
