Journal Publishing Process
Management Structure
Editorial Workflow
Our OJS platform guides submissions through five key stages in the editorial process, managed by our dedicated editorial team:
All submissions begin here before being assigned to appropriate editors.
Each submission undergoes rigorous peer review and editorial evaluation.
Selected manuscripts progress through copyediting, layout preparation, and proofreading, culminating in assignment to a specific journal issue.
Finalized content is organized for publication and officially released to our readership.
Editorial Team Roles
(Assigned through Journal Management)
Responsible for journal setup and staff configuration, this role may also serve as Editor or fulfill other editorial functions as needed.
Oversees the complete editorial workflow, assigns submissions to Section Editors, manages content scheduling, and ensures timely journal publication.
Manages the review process and potentially the editing phase for assigned submissions.
Enhances manuscript clarity and grammar, queries authors about potential issues, and ensures strict adherence to the journal's stylistic guidelines.
Transforms edited manuscripts into professionally formatted PDF galleys.
Conducts final reviews of galleys to identify and correct any typographic or formatting errors.
