The Degree of Application of Total Quality Management Requirements at the Faculty of Physical Education in Gharyan From the Faculty Members' Perspective

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the level of application of Total Quality Management (TQM) requirements at the Faculty of Physical Education in Gharyan. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive methodology was used. A questionnaire consisting of 39 statements, distributed across four axes, was administered to a sample of 22 faculty members. Arithmetic means, standard deviations, and relative weights were used to analyze the data and extract the results. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are:
1- The degree of TQM application at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Gharyan was moderate (56.81%).
2- The technical aspect was the least applied among the four axes.
3- The educational aspect was the most applied in terms of quality, relatively speaking.
