About the Journal

The Journal of the Faculty of Economics for Scientific Research at the University of Zawia was established according to Decision No. (8) of 2014 and during this period, it issued five volumes that are now available on the journal's current website. In 2023, University President Decision No. (564) of 2023 was issued to reorganize the journal under the name University of Zawia Journal of Economic Sciences and to restructure the journal's editorial board. It is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the University of Zawia on a semi-annual basis, aiming to provide solid scientific contributions in various fields related to economic, administrative, and financial sciences. The scientific materials are published in both Arabic and English, which enhances its ability to reach a wide audience of researchers and academics at both local and international levels.

The journal places special emphasis on publishing original research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of economics, management, and finance.
