Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational justice in all its dimensions (distributive justice، procedural justice، and transactional justice) on job engagement among employees in the Public Administration Department at Zawiya University. The main problem of this study was identified with the following main question: Is there an impact of organizational justice on organizational engagement among employees in the Public Administration Department at Zawiya University? The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach، using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. The study population consisted of all employees in the General Administration at Zawia University، totaling (420) employees. The study sample consisted of (201) individuals. The results showed that all dimensions of organizational justice had a positive impact on job engagement، with a particularly strong relationship between transactional justice and job engagement. There was also a statistically significant direct effect on job engagement، as 61.9% of the change in job engagement could be explained by changes in organizational justice dimensions. Regression analysis also showed that organizational justice dimensions had a significant impact on the level of job engagement among employees in the General Administration at Zawia University. The study concluded with several recommendations، most notably reviewing incentive and reward policies to ensure they fairly reflect the efforts made، enhancing procedural justice through transparency in decision-making، and promoting transactional justice through a stimulating، collaborative work environment.
