The Relationship Between Electronic Management Application Requirements and Organisational Performance Improvement: A Field Study on the General Administration at the Bank of the Republic

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of implementing e-management on improving organizational performance at GumHouria Bank، General Administration، in Tripoli. The study focused on e-management as the independent variable and the improvement of organizational performance as the dependent variable. A simple random sample of 93 targeted employees was selected for the study. A questionnaire was the primary tool used to collect data on the study's variables. Out of the collected questionnaires، 89 were subjected to statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)، after excluding 4 incomplete forms. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach to analyze and interpret the relationship between the study variables. The key findings of the study revealed a statistically significant relationship between the requirements for implementing e-management and the improvement of organizational performance. Based on these findings، the study recommends increasing attention to the requirements for implementing e-management due to its significant relationship with enhancing organizational performance.
