Professional pressures and their impact on Training Efficiency Among Fitness Coaches in the Libyan First _Division football league

Abstract
This study aims to identify the relationship between professional pressures on football physical trainers and their training competencies by determining the level of professional pressures and the degree of training competencies. The researchers used a descriptive survey approach. The study population and sample consisted of physical trainers for the first football team in the First Division League, Third Region, during the 2024/2025 sports season, totaling (54) physical trainers. The study sample was randomly selected from (29) "physical trainers," representing (53.70%) of the study population. To collect information, and by reviewing studies addressing the topic of professional pressures and training competencies in the field of sports training, the researchers prepared a questionnaire to achieve the study objectives. To process the data, the researchers used appropriate statistical methods. Based on the results of the statistical analysis used. The study reached the following conclusions: The study revealed that football physical trainers in the sample experienced moderate professional pressures (64.64% relative weight), while simultaneously demonstrating high-level training competencies (91.99% relative weight). Interestingly, statistical analysis identified a very weak inverse relationship between these professional pressures and the trainers' competencies, suggesting that the observed pressures had minimal bearing on their demonstrated skill
