Abstract

The Role of Total Quality Management Standards in Developing the Organizational Framework of the Libyan Football Federation in the Western Region The present study seeks to investigate the extent to which Total Quality Management (TQM) standards contribute to the development of the organizational framework of the Libyan Football Federation in the western region. To achieve this objective, the researchers employed the descriptive survey methodology, given its suitability to the nature of the research problem. A purposive sample was drawn, comprising fifteen (15) individuals affiliated with the western branch of the Libyan Football Federation, including eleven (11) participants in the main study and four (4) participants in the pilot study.

The findings demonstrated the existence of a statistically significant relationship between all dimensions examined and the application of TQM standards. Nevertheless, the study also identified a range of obstacles confronting the technical committees within the western branch, most notably the limited adoption of modern approaches and techniques in the field of TQM. Additionally, the results revealed a lack of systematic implementation of resolutions and strategies formulated during committee meetings, thereby constraining the overall effectiveness of the Federation’s developmental initiatives..
