As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  1. Research must be specialized in the journal's field.
  2. Research must be characterized by depth and originality, such that each research contributes to new knowledge.
  3. Research must be scientifically documented with references, sources, and documents.
  4. Research must be formatted according to scientific research standards.
  5. Research must be printed on one side of A4 paper.
  6. Research papers are published in the journal in Arabic and approved foreign languages.
  7. The author of the research paper must pledge that the research is their original work and not part of their master's or doctoral theses and has not been previously published.
  8. The research paper must not have been submitted for publication in another journal.
  9. The research paper may not be published elsewhere after its publication in the journal has been approved by the university.
  10. The research paper must be supported by sources and references.
  11. The researcher is granted one copy of the published issue, even if it is a joint issue.
  12. The original manuscripts submitted to the journal will not be returned, whether published or not.
  13. The manuscript must include an abstract in both Arabic and English.
  14. Research must be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals in one of the major languages, provided that the published manuscript includes an abstract in both Arabic and English
