The Relationship Between Preakfast and Academic Achievement Of First-Year Primary School Students From The Perspective of Female Teachers: An Applied Study on Schools in The City of Zuwara

The aim of the research is to: identify the relationship between breakfast and academic achievement among students in the first part of basic education from the teachers’ point of view, a study on schools in the city of Zuwara. The questionnaires were distributed to a sample of (60) female teachers from the first part of basic education in the city of Zuwara. To achieve the research objectives and analyze the data collected from the sample items, many statistical methods were used from the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26, which are represented by the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Spearman-Brown correlation coefficient, relative distribution, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test for one sample. It was concluded that the sample members agree that breakfast increases understanding and comprehension, and thus increases academic achievement.
