The arbitrator shall be notified to complete the research evaluation within a maximum period of three months from the date of receiving the research.
The arbitrator's academic qualification must be a doctorate, with an academic rank no less than Assistant Professor.
If one of the reviewers rejects the research, the authority to decide on its acceptance or rejection reverts to a third reviewer.
The Editorial Board has the right to conduct an initial review of the research and determine its eligibility for arbitration before sending it to the arbitrators, and to examine its scientific content and the researcher's integrity in terms of academic honesty.
The Editor-in-Chief shall inform the researcher of the arbitration decision, whether it's acceptance or rejection, without disclosing the names of the reviewers or being obliged to respond to any objections from the author.
The research shall be considered withdrawn if the researcher delays making the required modifications to the research for a period exceeding three months from the date of receiving the journal's response, unless there is a compelling excuse accepted by the journal's Editorial Board.
The research may not be published in another scientific journal after its approval for publication in this journal.
The researcher may reprint their research published in the journal as part of a book by the researcher after three years from its publication in the journal.
If the researcher fails to make the required modifications by the arbitrators and the journal, or withdraws the research before publication, they shall bear the arbitration fees and other expenses incurred by the journal.
The Editor-in-Chief will notify the authors of the final opinion of the arbitrators regarding their research, according to the following order:
Research that arbitrators deem requires certain modifications or additions before publication will be returned to the authors with specific notes, for them to finalize it for publication.
Authors of submitted research will be notified of the journal's receipt of their research within one week from the date of submission.
