Arbitration and Publication Procedures
"Arbitration and Publication Procedures in the Journal
Every research work submitted by its author for publication in the journal is subject to arbitration before publication to evaluate it from both scientific and linguistic perspectives, with the aim of ensuring its validity and suitability for publication. The arbitration committee is selected through coordination among the editorial board members, and the selection must adhere to the following guidelines:
- The number of arbitrators must not be less than two, and their specialization must be in the same field as the research being evaluated.
- In the event that the evaluation results reveal a disagreement between the arbitrators regarding the suitability of the research for publication — where one deems it suitable for publication and the other does not, resulting in equally balanced opinions — the opinion of the editorial board member will be decisive in the final decision regarding publication. They may also refer the research to a third, neutral arbitrator.
- Those conducting the arbitration must have sufficient experience in the field of research and scientific evaluation.
- If the research is accepted for publication in the journal, a linguistic editor will be assigned to review the research and make any required modifications."
