Publication Ethics and Misconduct
- The article submitted for publication in the journal must be original and contain a new topic. It should not have been previously published or submitted for publication in another journal, conference, workshop, or periodical.
- Avoid unethical practices such as falsification, distortion, plagiarism, duplicate publication, submitting the manuscript to multiple entities simultaneously, unnecessary prolongation, poor organization, or fragmenting research results into multiple papers.
- Fulfill all scientific research requirements and adhere to a high academic standard throughout all stages of the research, including presenting the objective, research problem, literature review, data analysis, discussion of results, conclusion, recommendations, and proper citation of sources.
- Attribute information to its original sources, including acknowledging any financial, advisory, or institutional support that may cause a conflict of interest.
- Sign the researcher commitment form (available electronically on the journal’s website), which affirms the originality of the research, adherence to publication ethics, proper attribution of information to its sources, and acknowledgment of contributors with a description of their contributions.
- Cite the source and obtain written permission when borrowing images or tables from previously published research.
- Protect individuals’ privacy by obscuring or blurring faces in images and obtaining written consent from them.
- The journal adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards in dealing with research misconduct and follows its guidelines for editors and publishers.
