Abstract

 


This study aimed to measure the impact of transformational leadership in changing business environments on organizational change, and to identify the challenges facing the impact of transformational leadership in changing business environments. The descriptive analytical approach was used in this study, and the study tool was a questionnaire to detect the impact of leadership and identify the challenges facing the impact of transformational leadership in changing business environments, and the study sample was represented in (134) workers in manufacturing, financial services, retail, logistics, education, health care and they were randomly selected, and the most important results were as follows:  There are statistically significant differences between the study sample towards the evaluation of transformational leadership, there are statistically significant differences between the study sample towards assessing the impact of transformational leadership, there are statistically significant differences between the study sample towards institutional change, which indicates its importance, there are statistically significant differences between the study sample towards the challenges facing the impact of transformational leadership, and the most important recommendations were as follows:  The need to develop transformational leadership in organizations and institutions, attention to training and qualifying leaders on transformational leadership skills, providing a supportive work environment for transformational leadership.
