The study population consisted of 295 employees, with the study being applied to a stratified random sample of 170 employees.

The study revealed several results, among the most prominent of which was a positive correlational relationship between error management and the achievement of goals in the Municipality of Tripoli. The study also showed a correlational relationship between the elements of error management (knowledge exchange about errors, planning for error prevention, coordination for error correction, addressing the secondary effects of errors, training for expected errors , Help in wrong situations) and the achievement of goals in the Municipality of Tripoli.

The study results also indicated that the influencing factors of error management elements in achieving goals are knowledge exchange about errors and addressing the secondary effects of errors.

The study recommended applying the proposed model for managing errors within the municipality, along with designing implementation tools for its application that are appropriate to the nature of the municipality, taking into account some observations necessary to implement the axes of the model
