Editor-in-Chief

• Oversee the overall editorial process and quality control.
• Make final decisions on manuscript acceptance or rejection.
• Coordinate Associate Editors and Reviewers.
• Ensure compliance with ethical publishing standards.
• Maintain journal policies and uphold academic integrity.

Associate Editors

• Handle manuscripts in their area of expertise.
• Select appropriate reviewers for submissions.
• Evaluate peer review reports and make recommendations.
• Communicate with authors regarding revisions and decisions.
• Assist Editor-in-Chief in special issues and thematic sections.

Administrative & Technical Support

• Manage submission and publication workflow via the journal platform.
• Support editors and reviewers with technical assistance.
• Ensure timely communication between all parties.
• Maintain digital infrastructure and ensure website functionality.
• Assist in formatting, proofreading, and final publication stages.
