First: Fee Amount:
300LYD for researchers from within Libya.
100USD for researchers from outside Libya.
Second: In case of manuscript rejection:
Only 100 LYD will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the researcher.
Third: In case the researcher requests to withdraw the manuscript after evaluation and before publication:
Only 200 LYD will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the researcher.
