Author Guidelines
Submission Requirements:
- The research must not have been previously published (except for abstracts, lectures, or theses).
- Approval from all authors and relevant institutions for publication is required.
- Use the journal’s template for manuscripts and carefully follow the provided instructions.
- All manuscripts must be properly formatted using the designated template.
- The percentage of quotations should not exceed 20%.
Manuscript Preparation:
General Formatting:
- The research should contribute to deepening knowledge in the fields of economic sciences.
- The research must meet the criteria of scientific research, including an abstract, problem statement, literature review, methodology, data analysis, presentation of results, and recommendations.
- Research can be submitted in Arabic or English.
- Proper linguistic rules must be followed when writing the research.
- The research should not be part of a master's or doctoral thesis prepared by the researcher, nor should it have been previously published, sent for publication in another journal, or presented at a conference, seminar, or workshop.
- The research length should not be less than 15 pages and not exceed 25 pages.
- Submitted research undergoes scientific review and evaluation according to established standards, and its suitability for publication is determined based on reviewers' opinions.
- The researcher is obligated to make revisions based on reviewers' reports and submit a revised version within no more than 15 days.
- The researcher cannot request withdrawal of their research after submission for review unless there are reasons accepted by the editorial board.
- The editorial board reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the research without altering its content, ensuring compliance with the journal’s publication style.
- On a separate page, the researcher must include their full name, current position, academic degree, the institution they work for, detailed address, phone numbers, and email address. A brief biography of the researcher should also be attached.
- Sources and references must be cited in the text by placing the author’s name, title, and year in parentheses; for direct quotes, the page number should also be included.
- All references cited in the text must be listed in the references section at the end of the research before any appendices – if applicable – and arranged alphabetically, starting with Arabic references followed by foreign ones without numbering. The following formats should be used:
References Format:
1. Books:
Author(s) (Year), Title of the Book, Editor or Translator if applicable, (Edition Number; Place of Publication: Publisher), Volume Number. For foreign references, the author’s last name comes first, followed by the rest of the name.
2. Articles Published in Journals:
Author(s) (Year), “Title of the Article,” Name of the Journal, Institution publishing the journal, Country of origin, Volume Number, Issue Number. For foreign references, the author’s last name comes first, followed by the rest of the name.
3. Theses and Dissertations:
Author (Year), Title of the Thesis or Dissertation, Name of the University granting the degree.
4. Internet Sources:
Author(s) (Year), Title of the Book, Article, or Paper, Name of the Website and URL, Date of Access.
Additional Guidelines:
- A researcher cannot publish more than one paper per issue.
- Research published in the journal or accepted for publication cannot be republished in any form or language elsewhere without formal permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
- Technical aspects of manuscript preparation are as follows:
1. Fonts:
- Arabic texts: Simplified Arabic font.
- English texts: Times New Roman font.
- Line spacing: Single-spaced.
2. Font Sizes:
- 18 (Bold) for main headings.
- 16 (Bold) for subheadings.
- 14 for body text in Arabic and 12 for body text in English.
3. Margins:
- Top and bottom margins: 2.5 cm.
- Right margin: 3 cm.
- Left margin: 2.5 cm.
4. Template Usage:
Use the official journal template (available for download from the journal’s website).
Required Sections:
- Title (in both English and Arabic)
- Author Information (in both English and Arabic)
- Abstract (250 words or fewer, in both languages)
- Keywords (3–5 terms, in both languages)
- Introduction, Methodology, Results, Recommendations
Language Requirements:
- The manuscript must be written in either Arabic or English.
- An Arabic translation is required for:
- Title
- Author names
- Abstract
- Keywords
Figures and Tables:
Tables:
- Sequential numbering (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
- Titles are placed above the table.
- Font size: 12.
Figures:
- Sequential numbering (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.)
- Titles are placed below the figure.
