Peer Review Policy

The journal adopts a peer review system to ensure the integrity, objectivity, quality, and originality of published research. The mechanisms are as follows:

  • Selection of Reviewers: The journal's Editorial Board selects reviewers specializing in philosophical studies who have expertise in scientific research and the evaluation of scientific research.
  • Review Process: The research paper undergoes an initial screening by the Editorial Board upon submission. It is then sent to two reviewers for evaluation. Reviewers are provided with a comprehensive evaluation form covering all data related to research evaluation criteria, such as the research's originality, scientific contribution, importance, methodology used, and accuracy of reference documentation.
  • Type of Review: The journal follows a double-blind review system, meaning reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of the reviewers. This ensures an objective and impartial evaluation of the research. Each reviewer submits a detailed report, which includes an assessment of the research according to the prepared evaluation form. At the end of the report, a clear recommendation is provided: acceptance without modifications, acceptance with minor modifications, acceptance with substantial modifications, or rejection.
  • Decision Making: The final decision regarding the research is made by the Editorial Board after receiving the reviewers' reports. The researcher(s) are then informed of the Editorial Board's decision via email, with the reviewers' reports attached if the research is accepted with modifications. If the Editorial Board decides to accept the research with modifications, the researchers must implement the required changes within the specified timeframe and submit a revised version of the research to the Editorial Board to ensure that the requested modifications have been met.
