Responsible for journal setup and staff configuration, this role may also serve as Editor or fulfill other editorial functions as needed. Oversees the complete editorial workflow, assigns submissions to Section Editors, manages content scheduling, and ensures timely journal publication.
Manages the review process and potentially the editing phase for assigned submissions.
Enhances manuscript clarity and grammar, queries authors about potential issues, and ensures strict adherence to the journal's stylistic guidelines.
Transforms edited manuscripts into professionally formatted PDF galleys.
Conducts final reviews of galleys to identify and correct any typographic or formatting errors.
