Abstract

One of the elements of composition and weaving is repetition which contributes to strengthening and enhancing meanings effects the recipient's psychology and makes the text coherent and harmonious Repetition occurs at different level of language including words tools letters styles and attributive and nonattributive elements. these elements play a major role in revealing the intended meanings .and each has its own function .Attributive elements clarify the relationship between words in constructing meanings and highlighting ideas .A verbal sentence is not complete without its two basic components :the verb and the subject .similarly, anormal sentence's meaning is not clear except with the presence of a subject and a predicate .As for non-attributive elements, they include words and sentences that do not contain attribution, and are used to define and clarify meanings ,add connotations or specify them. The importance of this topic lies in understanding how the repetition of these elements is used in Qanabaeh, s poetry to serve its meanings. This study aims to reveal the role of repetition in achieving the meanings that Qanabah sought to demonstrate by linking the grammatical rules and their connotations to the poet's psychological state and the social and political circumstances surrounding him.
