Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction and its relationship to motivation for achievement among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education at - University of Zawia. The researcher used the descriptive approach through a sample survey. The study sample consisted of (122) faculty members at the Nasser College of Education at - University of Zawia. The researcher used two tools. To collect data, they are: a measure of job satisfaction and a measure of achievement motivation. The research reached several results, including:

- The level of job satisfaction among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education was average.

- The level of achievement motivation among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education was high.

- There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and achievement motivation among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education, - University of Zawia
