The study population comprises all administrative employees of public higher institutes in the Libyan cities of Shahat and Susa, totaling 72 employees. The study adopted a comprehensive survey approach. The findings indicated that both organizational symmetry and time management in the institutes under study were practiced at a high level. Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations expected to enhance the level of organizational symmetry and strengthen time management in the institutes under study.
