Abstract

The philosophy of balance between personal life and professional life for women is a complex topic that requires a balance between the multiple roles that women play in the family, society, and work. Women may face great challenges in their quest to achieve this balance, as they include family obligations such as caring for children and household affairs, in addition to professional obligations such as performing job tasks and achieving personal ambitions in the workplace. To achieve this balance, women need to develop an effective philosophy and strategies such as:

- Time management, where women must organize their time between work and family to ensure equal distribution of tasks.

Social support: She needs support from her families and co-workers to relieve stress and facilitate dealing with conflicting requirements

Setting priorities: It is necessary to prioritize tasks and responsibilities according to their importance.

This balance contributes to achieving personal happiness and professional satisfaction, as it helps women be Effective in her work and at the same time enhancing her family life.
