This study mainly aimed to explain the impact of the internal environment on the performance of the organization. This study started from the existence of a problem that was formulated in the following question: What is the impact of the internal environment on the performance of the organization on the employees of the Golden Spark Oil Company, Tripoli? The classroom curriculum and the analytical approach were followed to ensure the harmony of these curricula with For the purposes of the study, the data was collected from primary sources based on the questionnaire form, and then the researcher tabulated, analyzed and interpreted the data. The study population consists of all employees of Al-Sharara Al-Dhahabiya Company. For the oil sector, which numbered 220 male and female employees, and to properly represent the study population, a simple random sample of the study population was chosen, with a size of 130 male and female employees. The statistical package program was used to analyze the data, and the following most important results were reached:
1. The results chart on the availability of human and financial resources variables At a medium level, as the weighted arithmetic mean of human resources and financial resources reached.
2. The results indicated the presence of a statistically significant effect of the internal environment variables (human resources - financial resources - organizational structure - organizational culture)
3.The results indicated some statements related to job satisfaction, weakness and spectral satisfaction among employees, and that the company does not take into account the methods and advantages that contribute to reaching it.
