Abstract

This study aimed to explore the reality of work ethics and the extent of their contribution to achieving social responsibility among employees at Al-Madar Telecommunications, Qarji/Tripoli branch.

The research problem was formulated as the following question: What is the impact of professional ethics on achieving social responsibility at Al-Madar Telecommunications/Tripoli?

To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive method, which aligns with the nature and purpose of the study. Data were collected from primary sources through a structured questionnaire, followed by organizing, analyzing, and interpreting the data.

The study was applied to all employees at Al-Madar Telecommunications, Qarji/Tripoli branch, across different levels and specialties. The total population consisted of 98 employees. A simple random sample of 60 individuals was selected, all of which were returned, and 50 of them were valid for statistical analysis using SPSS software.

Based on the analysis, the study reached several findings, including:

  1. The proportion of male employees at Al-Madar Telecommunications exceeds that of female employees.
  2. The company's management develops comprehensive plans to ensure the implementation of work ethics dimensions and encourages employees to adopt better behaviors at work.

Based on these findings, a set of recommendations was formulated, the most important of which are:

  1. Addressing personal issues and creating harmony among some employees within the company.
