Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of administrative leadership styles on employee performance at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Tarhuna, to determine the impact of following a motivational leadership style with an authoritarian leadership style on improving employee performance, and to determine the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance levels.

The researcher followed the descriptive approach, and the sample was from employees at the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Tarhuna, and the researcher used the questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data to measure the study variables, and the most important results of the study were that all administrative leadership styles have a positive impact on employee performance, there are a number of factors that contribute positively to improving administrative leadership styles, and that the institute's management pays great attention to job satisfaction and its impact on performance and services because it enhances any efficiency and helps in achieving the institute's goals.
