Abstract

     The study aims to analyze the reality of human capital investment in private Libyan airlines operating in the city of Benghazi. To achieve its objectives, the study adopted a descriptive research methodology, and a questionnaire was used for data collection which was developed and confirmed its reliability and validity coefficient. Statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS software, incorporating both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to address the research objectives. The findings revealed a high level of human capital investment within the studied companies. Finally, the study proposed a set of recommendations aimed at enhancing the level of human capital investment in the targeted airline companies
