Abstract

This research aims to study the impact of employee turnover dimensions on occupational safety among employees of the General Electricity Company, Western Region Branch, by examining the relationship between job dissatisfaction, employee challenges, and the prevailing management style. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using questionnaires and interviews. The sample size was 103 employees, of which 89 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. The results showed an inverse relationship between job dissatisfaction and challenges and the level of safety. Conversely, a positive relationship was found between a supportive management style and occupational safety. Furthermore, job turnover programs aimed at diversifying tasks contribute to raising employee awareness of risks and enhancing adherence to safety procedures. The study concluded that the company's work environment is relatively stable but suffers from a gap in incentive and salary policies. It recommended establishing organizational fairness, restructuring development and job rotation programs, and promoting a practical culture of occupational health and safety to ensure sustained job satisfaction and increase employee voluntary commitment.
