The role of electronic management in developing the performance of employees at the Faculty of Economics at Zawia University

The study aims to identify the reality of electronic management and its components through (the human element, and the technical element) and their importance in the College of Economics, and to identify the extent of developing employee performance through (training and development, employee relations, salaries, and wages) and their importance in the College of Economics. This problem can be clarified in the following questions: What is the role of electronic management in developing employee performance? What is the type of correlation between electronic management and the performance of employees at the Faculty of Economics? The study population is represented by faculty members and employees of the College of Economics. The size of the study was (70) samples. The researcher sought to obtain the most accurate results and a random sample was selected from all professors and employees of the College of Economics at Zawia University. The study reached the following results:
- The results showed a significant relationship between electronic management and performance development, where the value of the correlation coefficient reached (0.540) at a significant level (0.001(
