Abstract

This study aimed to know the role of organizational transformation in enhancing organizational similarity in the General Electricity Company in the middle departments of the Western Region Branch, through studying some independent and dependent variables (the role of organizational culture, levels of organizational culture, enhancing organizational similarity) because of the great importance of this topic for the benefit of the company and its employees. The study relied on the descriptive approach with an analytical method to provide a cognitive framework that contributes to enriching research studies in human resources management. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect primary data. The study community consists of workers in the middle departments of the General Electricity Company in the Western Region, numbering (53). Since the size of the study community is small, the study was conducted on the community as a whole. From the results, it is clear that there is an increase in the level of application of organizational culture in enhancing organizational similarity among workers in the middle departments of the General Electricity Company in the Western Region. Organizational culture plays a role in enhancing organizational similarity and its impact on the behavior of individual workers by focusing on values and beliefs that management wants to establish in their minds for the benefit of work, such as caring for customers, teamwork, and Values and common goals between individuals and the organization, and hence the need for more studies that examine organizational culture and the role it plays in enhancing organizational similarity and reaching results that contribute to explaining the relationship between the phenomenon under study.
