The Philosophy of Evaluating Nonverbal Communication Skills Required for Teaching Among a Sample of Faculty of Education Professors in Zwara

Abstract
The research aims to identify the reality of the philosophy of evaluating the non-verbal communication skills necessary for teaching among a sample of professors from the College of Education, Visitors. The importance of the research lies in highlighting the essential role of the evaluation process through a philosophy that shows this importance and highlights the obstacles they face, and it was applied to a sample of (60) male and female students. The descriptive approach was used. One of the most important results of the research is that the level of skills evaluation was moderate in all axes. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to the research variables.
