Abstract

This research paper discusses the relationship between philosophy and psychology in self-building, self-confidence, and self-motivation, focusing on its impact on achieving career success. The paper clarifies that self-building is a multi-dimensional process that combines philosophical contemplation of identity and existence with the psychological study of individual development.


The paper emphasizes the importance of philosophy in fostering critical thinking and a deeper understanding of life, while psychology offers practical strategies for improving mental health and personal growth. It also examines how the self is formed and influenced by psychological, philosophical, social, and cultural factors.


Specifically, the study aims to educate philosophy students about the importance of their specialization and its role in serving society and achieving professional success, stressing the necessity of self-building and confidence in professional performance for them to be active and influential in their communities.
