Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction and its relationship to motivation for achievement among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education at University of Zawia. The researcher used the descriptive approach through a sample survey. The study sample consisted of (122) faculty members at the Nasser College of Education at University of Zawia. The researcher used two tools. To collect data, they are: a measure of job satisfaction and a measure of achievement motivation. The research reached several results, including:

The level of job satisfaction among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education was average.

The level of achievement motivation among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education was high.

- There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and achievement motivation among faculty members at the Nasser College of Education, University of Zawia
