(The Role of Administrative Leaders in Developing Colleges at the University of Zintan from the Point of View of Faculty Members) College of Education, Zintan as a Model

Abstract

This study deals with the role played by the leadership of university colleges at Zintan University from the perspective of faculty members, and Zintan College of Education was a model for this role. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to obtain some of the necessary information and used appropriate statistical methods in analyzing the data. The study sample population consisted of all actual faculty members in the college. The results of the study showed that there is satisfaction by faculty members on the performance of their superiors with some reservation on some points that show some deficiencies. The study recommended the necessity of providing a good climate at work and paying attention to the training of future leadership cadres, as well as providing training courses for administrative leaders on the use of modern technologies such as computers and others.
