This study aimed to identify the role played by commercial banks in financing entrepreneurial projects. To achieve the study objectives, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The target study community consists of all managers, department heads and employees affiliated with the Bank Credit Department in commercial banks (Libyan Foreign Bank, Saray Bank, Al-Yaqeen Bank, Al-Nouran Bank). When communicating with the aforementioned banks, the researcher obtained statistics that represent the size of the target community for each bank. Statistical methods were used using the SPSS system to extract the results related to the study. A number of (57) questionnaires were distributed to the study participants, of which (50) questionnaires were recovered, representing approximately (88%) of the total distributed questionnaires. The researcher excluded (4) questionnaires for their unsuitability for analysis after conducting the desk review process. Thus, the number of questionnaires that were subjected to statistical analysis was (46) questionnaires, representing approximately (81%) of the total distributed questionnaires. Therefore, this cannot be considered a comprehensive inventory. The point here is not the goal at the beginning, but what we obtain when applying what is required. In this case, we can consider this number (46) to be a simple random sample representing the community
