Abstract

The current research aims at the effect of administrative empowerment in its dimensions (delegation of authority, work teams, effective communication) on developing human capital on employees of the Republic Bank in Tripoli. To achieve the research objectives, two approaches were relied upon: the descriptive and analytical approaches. The questionnaire was also relied upon as a main tool for collecting primary data, which was distributed to (120) individuals. In order to reach the results of the relationships between the variables, statistical methods were used that depend on the quantitative method in analyzing the data using several methods, including: (Alpha Cronbach) coefficient, as well as exploratory general analysis, exploratory general analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis method, using the statistical software package for the social sciences (spss26), which also contains the program (AMOS25), as the results indicated the existence of a direct and statistically significant positive effect of the dimensions of administrative empowerment represented in (delegation of authority, work teams, effective communication) on the level of human capital development .
