This study aimed to identify the impact of human resources management practices on the performance of employees at Al Wathqa Health Insurance Company. The study population consisted of all employees in the company, numbering (40). A questionnaire form was used to collect data related to the study topic. (40) questionnaires were distributed, (32) questionnaires were received, and (8) questionnaires were excluded for not being suitable for analysis. All the received questionnaires were suitable for statistical analysis .For analyzing gathered data, SPSS software was used to calculate descriptive, statistical measures such arithmetical means, standard deviations, percentages, and frequencies. Pearson's coefficient correlation was used for describing the relationship between independent and dependent variables. To verify the data normal distribution, t-test was utilized.
The study reached several results, the most important of which is that there is a relationship between the variables of the independent study, the practices of human resource management in its dimensions (attraction and appointment, training and development, motivation, performance evaluation) and the dependent variable (performance of employees). The study also reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: The company adopts methods that allow obtaining the necessary human resource in a timely manner, such as good planning for expected positions in the future by drawing up future operating policies that meet the company's needs for the necessary human resource, taking into account modern technological developments and technologies that the world is witnessing and their uses when defining training strategies and employing them to develop workers to accomplish To improve their work, the need to adopt an integrated and equal incentive system that includes material and moral incentives.
