Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the Self-Efficacy among Primary education teachers of Arabic language in Derna city, as well as to identify the differences Self-Efficacy among teachers in the light of the Marital Status , Academic Qualification  and Years of Experience, the current study sample consisted of (200).The study was used scale of Self-Efficacy. The study indicated that the  teachers have an acceptable level of  Self-Efficacy and  the results indicated that the  unmarried teachers have a high level of Self-Efficacy more than others teachers. As well as the results indicated that there were no difference in Self-Efficacy among teachers in the light of Academic Qualification, While there are differences in teaching self-efficacy among teachers in favor of those with less teaching experience years.
