Abstract

This study examines the impact of administrative creativity—measured through its key dimensions of fluency, administrative leadership, risk-taking, and employee motivation—on the attainment of competitive advantage, with an empirical focus on Sahara Bank in Al-Zawiya. Utilizing a descriptive research design, a structured questionnaire was administered to a simple random sample of 33 employees, yielding 29 valid responses analyzed via SPSS. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive relationship between administrative creativity and competitive advantage, with regression coefficients indicating a strong overall influence. Specifically, administrative leadership and employee motivation demonstrated substantial contributions to competitive advantage, whereas fluency exhibited a moderate positive effect, and risk-taking showed only a marginal impact, as reflected in its low explanatory power. These results underscore the critical role of managerial innovation in enhancing organizational performance, particularly through leadership effectiveness and workforce motivation, while suggesting that risk-taking strategies may require further refinement to significantly influence competitive positioning
