The Reality of Using Human Resources Planning – An Applied Study in the General Administration at University of Zawia

Abstract

This study aims to know the reality of using human resources planning in public administration at Zawia University from the point of view of administration employees and to identify its use or not since it is considered a modern terminology.

      The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, using a questionnaire form, prepared as a tool for collecting study data, and distributed to a sample size of (97) individuals from the study sample, selected by a simple random sampling method from administrators in the General Administration at Zawia University, where their number reached (135).
