Knowledge management and its impact on human resources development An applied study on the Tajoura Industrial Research Center

Abstract

The study aimed to measure the impact of the dimensions of knowledge management and its impact on human resources development at the Industrial Research Center in Tajoura. The descriptive analytical approach was used by questionnaire distributed to the 120 employees of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department who were selected as a sample of study.  The study found statistically significant relationships between knowledge storage and human resource development in the institution under study. Moreover, The study also found statistically significant relationships between the distribution of knowledge and the development of human resources in the institution under study The study recommended strengthening the role of knowledge management and placing it on the list of priorities in the institution under study also, The necessity of developing human resources by providing them with the necessary knowledge in accordance with the requirements of contemporary organizations.
